Time-and-room shooting

Setup

Shooters in a line up top, feeders behind the goal on each side. Shooter steps down, catches the feed and shoots with time: set the feet and pick a corner.

Coaching points

• Step into the catch, feet set before the ball arrives
• Hands back and high, then shoot overhand
• Pick your spot before you catch
• Change level: high to low, low to high
